This is beautiful. I love how the water spirals around, and the woman's face has a bit of surprise, wonder and curiosity on it. I also like how her hand is reaching up, though not sure if she wants to touch it.
Also a brief though of she might have summoned it? Or something else, it leaves your imagination to wonder <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

The snake is great, and very well done. It might be just me, but I can see an eye too! And perhaps the top fangs?

I personally can't see anything wrong with it, but this is my first critique so be nice lol.
